Season says, “Those first days after welcoming a new baby are such a blur for most parents. These sessions take place in Season’s Raleigh Studio providing a comfortable and relaxed setting for what she says will be the most treasured portraits a family will ever have taken. Sometimes nervous, and almost always tired, new parents are bonding with their child when these photos are taken. Newborn portraiture captures these precious babies within the first few weeks of life, some as soon as just days after birth. Raleigh photographer Season Moore has many areas of expertise in the field of photography but has a special passion for newborn portraits. This time goes by quickly so it is recommended to schedule your session during your pregnancy so we can reserve time in the weeks around your due date. Please let me know in advance if siblings will be joining us. Siblings can be included and we will split the hour between individuals photos of baby and sibling/family shots. Most images will be taken in your hands or snuggled in blankets, props will be limited and I will be using baby-led posing as much as possible to minimize my contact with your newborn. These sessions will be sweet, simple and focused on you and your little one. With Covid19 impacting our area, I will only be offering Newborn Mini Sessions in studio. I have been photographing Raleigh newborns since 2005 and your baby's comfort, well being and safety have always been most important.
Add that to your sleep deprivation and and let's face it - it's a blur! They change so fast in those first few weeks.
